At Badlands Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item's condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Place the item back in its original specialized record mailer or equivalent protective packaging to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
